First-time clients or potential customers may not yet be aware of our company’s workflow. This article will introduce our cooperation mode to you.

 

Dehumidifier Customer Requirements

Collect basic information. For different application scenarios, such as basements, warehouses, pool rooms, and grow rooms, the design of the dehumidification machine varies.

Confirm dehumidification needs. According to the requirement and practical usage, Preair and customers will agree on the target humidity, temperature range, room size, and daily capacity.

We welcome customers to ask for special requests, for example, appearance, installation type (wall-mounted/ceiling/portable), drainage, control system, and energy standard.

Note: For customized dehumidifiers, the MOQ is 300 units.

 

Dehumidifier Technical Proposal

Engineer of Preair will calculate and consider the following aspects:

Room volume & air exchange rate;

Required dehumidification capacity (L/day or Pints/day);

Airflow, static pressure, noise level;

Provide initial design solution, including model, power supply, ducting options;

Get customer review & confirmation.

 

Dehumidifier Quotation & Contract

Preair will provide a quotation based on confirmed specifications.

Customers and Preair discuss lead time, payment terms, and after-sales service.

After every detail has been discussed and agreed upon, customers and Preair will sign a contract.

 

Dehumidifier R&D and Design

Structural design (CAD drawings, dimensions)

Electrical design (control system, sensors, pump selection)

Prototype design & evaluation

Duration: 1-3 months.

 

Dehumidifier Production & Testing

Raw material sourcing (compressor, condenser, fan, PCB, casing)

Manufacturing & assembly (sheet metal, welding, coating, assembly)

Factory testing (performance: capacity, power consumption, noise, stability)

Quality inspection (appearance, reliability, lifetime test)

Duration: 1-3 months.

 

Customer Acceptance of the Dehumidifier 

Provide testing report & inspection data

Customer on-site or remote acceptance

Confirmation → Packaging & Delivery

 

After-Sales & Maintenance of the Dehumidifier 

Installation guidance (manual, video, on-site support)

Maintenance suggestions (filter cleaning, drainage check, part replacement)

After-sales service (1-year warranty, spare parts supply, technical support)

 

Preair promises to fully consider customers’ feedback during the research and production stages. Our top priority is to meet the demand for dehumidification. The developed samples will undergo inspection and evaluation. After the customer is satisfied, our factory will start mass production. Finished machines will be shipped gradually according to customer needs. Each machine comes with a 1-year warranty, and core components (such as, the compressor) come with a five-year warranty.
